About

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Our Lady of Fatima University, and I’ve gained some amazing work experience. I spent four years managing food and beverage operations locally and in Dubai, UAE, and later transitioned into the real estate industry as a Property Listing Admin Coordinator. I returned home for a vacation in January of this year, but suddenly, my father’s health took a turn for the worse. I was unable to rejoin my previous employer. Since then, I’ve been helping manage our family’s apartment business while running my small printing services.
Now that my family is in a better place, in today’s fast-paced world, I’m excited to rejoin the workforce as a beginner freelancer eager to gain new knowledge and skills. I’m motivated, organized, and ready to bring my diverse experience to a new role.
In my previous role as a Listing Admin Coordinator, I supported real estate agents with property listings, contracts, and addendums. My responsibilities included generating Trakheesi permits through the Dubai Land Department portal, which allowed us to legally publish properties on CRM platforms. I also gathered necessary documents, performed data entry, edited and selected property photos, and personally listed properties. Additionally, I managed inquiries from potential buyers and investors via social media, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, distributing leads to the appropriate agents.
We utilized three types of legal contracts provided by the Dubai Land Department: Contract A for agreements between sellers and agents, Contract B for buyers and agents, and Contract F for transactions between sellers and buyers. I was authorized to use the Dubai Brokers portal to access these contracts.
I published listings on UAE property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. I managed portal credits and coordinated with my manager when additional credits were needed. I also communicate with the support team via calls and chat when technical issues arise, scheduling meetings with the account manager to address any major issues directly, if needed. My work included listing primary off-plan properties, secondary off-plan units, as well as ready and secondary properties, depending on their status.
Additionally, I conducted scripted cold calls, sent bulk WhatsApp messages and emails to gather listings for sale or rent, and worked closely with landlords and property owners to secure all necessary documentation.
How do I handle multiple tasks and stay organized? I prioritize tasks by assessing their urgency and impact, allowing me to focus on high-priority items first while making steady progress on others. I use tools like Google Calendar and reminders to ensure I stay on track, nothing is overlooked and all deadlines are met. Recently, I discovered Asana and have been continuously studying it on my own, attending virtual events via Zoom to deepen my understanding. This approach allows me to stay organized.
