For 3 decades bid and responded to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for consulting, research and writing assignments. Created a brand by writing books, blogs, articles, white papers, and seminars on how leading companies outperform other companies. Combined those experiences to create RFP service to help companies win more RFPs by identifying their unique value: management, staff, best practices or technology. This approach focuses on differentiating the company, staff and the service. It is not based on offering the lowest bid, it is based on articulating greater value. This process requires identifying the information requirements and working to create, organize, coordinate, schedule, and write the RFP. Often requires interviewing management and staff to identify how they create unique value with technology, hardware / software, and proprietary procedures. Currently responding to RFPs for government and private contracts for consulting, engineering, equipment leases/purchases, as well as software, implementation and integration contracts.
