I am a hard-working professional in the Software industry seeking a part-time opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge. My background is primarily in software implementation, as well as QA Testing and Technical Support. I have been implementing warehouse management systems for the past five (5) years. As part of my job, I create testing scenarios based on specific business requirements for the software. I then complete testing of these scenarios to make sure the software is working as expected, as well as any new functionality that will be used by the end users. I also provide Technical support to end users to resolve issues they face with the software. I am a very fast learner, and am able to learn new software usually very quickly. My skills range from software testing to software documentation, to configuration, to support and troubleshooting.
