Quality Work in a Timely and Efficient Manner
I am a hard-working professional in the Software industry seeking a part-time opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge. My background is primarily in software implementation, as well as Software Pre-Sales, QA Testing, Technical Support, and Software Documentation.
I have been implementing warehouse management systems for the past 5 years. The implementation job includes creating functional design documents based on business requirements, configuring the software based on the approved design, as well as writing test scenarios based on the specific business requirements for the software. I then complete testing of the created test scenarios to validate that the software is working as expected, along with any new functionality that will be used by the end users.
In addition to software implementation, I had the opportunity to participate in other activities in the software industry. My background also includes a lot of QA Testing with the testing of new software versions and functionality. I have also done a lot of technical support with the troubleshooting of reported software issues to determine whether the issues are code related, configuration or data related. I also had the opportunity to participate in a lot of Pre-Sales demonstrations. I created technical presentations to showcase software functionality to potential clients. My other skills and experience include writing technical specification documents as part of product management for new features and client enhancements.
I am a very fast learner, and am able to learn new software usually very quickly. I am open to any opportunity to improve my skills from software testing to software documentation, to configuration, to support and troubleshooting. I have had the opportunity to participate in many different areas of product development, and am looking forward to other opportunities.
