I will provide written information that you receive from caregivers, as well as any questions that you have. I will assure that your wishes are carried out when you may not be able to do that by yourself. I am available to accompany you to appointments intermittently to keep track of information, test results and medication changes. I can reduce the confusion and misunderstanding among family members. *An initial consultation fee of $125 for 1 hour, payable in advance is required.
