My educational background lies in Tourism, Hospitality and Catering, Sociology and English language, while my work experience includes largely customer service-orientated positions, such as: customer support, front desk agent at the travel agency, reservations agent for holiday rentals and sales positions. My other jobs include: teaching English language, translation, data entry, market research and personal assistance.As a frequent traveller who plans her own trips, I understand the needs and problems of the clients in this industry.Some of my skills include information retrieval, multi-tasking, intermediate knowledge of Italian language and beginners level of French, use of both Windows and iOS operating systems (including Ms Office package), excellent communication and organisational skills, paired up with enthusiasm and dynamic work.In my spare time I enjoy, among other things: travelling, reading, photography, technology, learning new languages and skills, voluntary work.
