I have 7 years experience in the food industry from working in restaurants and catering companies; acquiring a high level of understanding in all types of cuisines and business processes. I have personally started several food companies such as Tastecapade.com (a marketplace that combines food experiences such as cooking classes and food tours), Mazeh Catering (a catering company based in Toronto and GTA); as well as, a restaurant focusing on Middle Eastern and Indonesian Cuisine (Teta's Kitchen). I can help future restauranteurs/caterers with budgeting, business plans, recipe development, menu creation, marketing, inventory management, equipment selection, payment solutions, back end processes, and much more. 


Since starting my entrepreneurship journey, I have had the honour to make mistakes, learn from them, refine processes, apply cost saving solutions,  and grow the businesses successfully. We all know how hard, costly, and risky a restaurant business can be. I can help position others to be "10 steps ahead"; resulting in a lot of savings in the short and long term. I am excited to bring my hands-on experience to the table, and work with you on strategies that are applicable in the real world. Apart from the business side, I have experience in creating authentic dishes from many cuisines around the world including Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai, Indonesian, Persian, Italian, Chinese, and more.
