The projects were in the $20-$50M range and included everything from vendor selection (RFP creation and response review) to full project planning/management, day-to-day vendor management as well as managing large global project teams consisting of on-shore and off-shore resources. This also included accountability up to the c-level business management team. About 4 years ago I decided to leave Nestle and take these skills and experience to smaller, more exciting companies.
