I'm a seasoned manager with over 15 years experience working for Nestle. That's right.. "that little chocolate company" ;-) I managed large scale ERP, HR, Sales and Marketing systems implementation and business process best practices within the Americas. (phew... that was a mouthful)

The projects were in the $20-$50M range and included everything from vendor selection (RFP creation and response review) to full project planning/management. This also included accountability up to the c-level business management team.

Anyway, that was fun and all, but about 4 years ago I decided to leave the BIG corporate machine and offer this experience to smaller, more exciting companies. To the companies who can really use it. Enough about me.
