I would like to inform you that I am a hospitality professional. I have worked as an Estimate Officer (Analyst, October 2015 - October 2021) in Industrial Catering

Division of Nesma United Limited, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has more than 50 divisions.

My Responsibilities and Duties as Estimation Officer

• I had to proficiently & regularly study the RFX from Pre-Exact Estimated Cost Analysis of Project Tender to

get clear answers to all the specified queries.

• Review and evaluate cost feasibility analysis,

• Communicate with the top management, respective officials and team members regarding new and current

project’s RFX,

• Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products,

• Ensure timely completion of estimates,

• Understand scope of work to bid,

• Manage commercial and technical bid pricing from all vendors,

• Prepare feasibility analysis,

• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.


And organizations have likely used my professional skills according to their needs, in which, I have also met the wide professional challenges of my responsibilities. 

I am proficient in determining Expenses, Sales and Profits by forecasting future prospects as well as analysis of actual data of all the money, material manpower and resources required in the Hospitality Divisions like Restaurants, Resorts, Hotel, Industrial Catering Divisions, Events & Banquets before accepting the invitation to tender of any project of Industrial Catering, Housekeeping & Janitorial within the company's divisions of Constructions, Logistics, Landscaping and Facility Management Services.

In line with the rich experience of the last decades, I have been working in the organization for 6 years, doing all regional projects, site visits as well as accurate projection of future possibilities through invisible and unrealistic assessment. And also discharged a major responsibility of accurate assessment of the figures of the then P&L. Now in November 2021, I have left the organization so I want to take the option of Remote Freelancer.

With this, I would also like to tell you that I am proficient in the field of Data Entry, MS Office Excel /Word, Internet Research, PDF to Excel, Web Research, Data Base, VBA and Dashboard.
