A Bach. in IT, a MBA in Information Systems and Finance, ITIL Certified, ServiceNow System Administration Certified and ISO20000 process implementation has enabled me to prove myself in IT Governance & Compliance. I have now been associated with ServiceNow for the past 2 years now. ServiceNow is a complete Service Management tool which is being used by over 2500 organizations across the globe. The tool has been developed in compliance with ITIL framework which helps to automate processes. ServiceNow is a software platform that supports IT service management and automates common business processes. ServiceNow offers Everything-as-a-service cloud computing which makes it easy for organizations when customizing it for their local needs. At this point of time we are serving ATEA as one of our ServiceNow clients. With ATEA, we will be working on out of the box modules of ServiceNow such as Incident, Knowledge, Request, Change Management, CMDB and some customized modules including spare parts and service agreements. ServiceNow instance used at ATEA is almost 90% customized which means a lot of new things, new options and lengthy codes. We will mainly be managing, developing, testing and releasing the long queue of pending and the never ending requirements that are necessary to be added to ServiceNow.
