Functional Solution Architect - ServiceNow ITSM: Working with clients to gather business requirements, designing ITSM solutions based on those requirements, creating, and presenting solution designs, leading solution design sessions, and managing the overall implementation of the ITSM solution.
IT Service Management: Focus on implementing ITIL best practices across the organization and ensuring that all IT services are delivered in line with these best practices; oversees the delivery of IT services in the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
