Have implemented Incident, Change, problem, serviceDesk, Service Catalog, Call, Notify, Incident Alert Management and On-Call Schedule. Have integrated ServiceNow with Twilio, HP SM, AD, SAP Solutions Manager and SCCM. Have automated creating/deactivating a group, adding/removing member, adding a role and Distribution list creation, updation using Orchestration.
