My motivation, dedication, commitment and pre-existing skills will allow me to fit in every work environment and start supporting needs of an organisation. I started my career in the BPO industry May 2008. I was a customer and technical support representative, responsibilities include troubleshooting internet, phone, TV service, setting up email client, configuring multiple static IP and IP mapping for business customers over the phone. Providing detailed and simple instructions in a professional and friendly manner helped me to gain customer’s trust to follow me and resolving their concerns. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. My employer commended me for providing excellent customer service and awarded as a top agent. I was also given a role of a Subject Matter Expert to provide assistance to new hire agents and share to them my best practices. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting new objectives. Throughout my experience, I still continue to practice the traits that I have learned such as being well- organized, flexible, determined, decisive, able to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
