I worked in the BPO industry for eight (8) years and I have assisted customers from US and Australia. I was part of the Recruitment Team and worked as a Recruitment Intern for eight (8) months. My day to day tasks are conducting initial interview, providing written and online assessment and taking part in the evaluation process of the applicants. I was also a Subject Matter Expert and have handled a small team, composed of six associates. I provide daily support through coaching and performance management. Some of my duties includes: taking escalation calls, attending calibration sessions, facilitating refresher courses, generating progress reports and working with operations team in endorsing associates to production, and lay-out their 30-60 days plan to the team leads. As a customer service and technical support representative, I provide help to our customers by troubleshooting internet connection problem, setting up email client, configuring multiple static IP and IP mapping for business customers, VoIP, TV service, creating orders and assist billing concerns .
