I have always believed that customers are the heart of a business and that for any business to be successful, you must deliver when it comes to customer service. Over the many years of working face to face with customers, I have developed a natural ability to be divers, to adapt and tailor my customer service skill to suit the vast different types of customer needs. Having quality people skill is something I am very proud of and by understanding customer care it enables you to make a positive impact in the hearts and minds of your community. When it comes to communication, this is one of my strong points.
