I’m dedicated, focused, and give 110% to any project I’m involved in
I built a very successful business from scratch, I learnt about a world I had no clue about. Yes, it did take me a long time to become, not just good at my job, but to became what I thought my customers needed. I believed & I still do, that for me to run a self sufficient business, my customers needed to feel like they have my attention, that they were my top priority. “Self sufficient business”, You say? Self sufficient, yes, it does run itself and that’s because I retained my customers, each year I kept my customers coming back at the same time as building new customers.
There are many aspect to running a successful business and a key skill is to be able to insert yourself into every aspect of that business, all at the same time, making every aspect as important as the other. A good manager, a successful manager knows that, they have to be present and not in the background.
A good manager is only as good as their team, I could not have become as good at what I do, if it were not for my team. Without my team being dedicated, how could I provide my customers with the level of service I prided myself on giving. Staff do not want a manager that barks orders, that expects everyone else to do what their not prepared to do themselves. A manager is just a much apart of the team as the team themselves. I enjoy finding ways to improve, not just myself but seeing where things can be done better within the business. Are staff in the right areas are they happy and achieving not just the business goals but their own career goals. Making sure they feel heard and their concerns addressed. There is nothing worse then walking into a business & not seeing a happy, helpful face.
