I also administer personality assessments and communication profiles to educate you on your strengths in going into business. Step Two - Mind Mapping -- When starting a business or looking to grow your business you will have many ideas. Some of them will be good and some of them will be bad. I will work with you to clarify your ideas and construct a business model that reflects your best ideas. Then help you to put them on  paper to present it to an audience or an investor.   Step Three -- Financial Planning -- I will work with you to create Cash Flow Projections, 30-60-90 action plans. Help you find out exactly how much money you need to get your business started and profitable. In our discussions we will figure out all of your variable expenses and your fixed expenses. what your gross profit will be and your net profit.  For more developed businesses we look at how we can make your current management more efficient and effective or find ways to optimize the operational flow of your company to increase profits.
