Hi ! I’m David March a business development professional, innovative entrepreneur and management consultant. I use a mix of practical know- how and innovative problem-costing to identify new ways to improve your bottom line.

Among other things, I am a researcher; I do research in the fields of Industrial and organizational psychology, successful business practices, business philosophy, self- help and various religions. I also like reading about nature and am an avid gardener.

I love to grow challenging plants from seed and similarly I love to work with start-ups and help them grow into beautiful productive businesses. There is a lot about business from nature.

After going through over 350 hours of coaching, enough hours to become a Master Certified Coach (MCC) according to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and personally coaching numerous clients, some referred to in my book, I decided I wanted to write and share my ideas with the masses.

I am not only a college graduate but also a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and currently hold the title of CPC (Certified Professional Coach) I am also a certified MBTI practitioner from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT) I have studied in the fields of Industrial and Organizational Humanistic psychology, positive psychology and personality psychology.
