I've been a project manager for almost 4 years. I handled several TELCO clients in the US. I am proficient in customer handling, phone skills, email and chat support. Handling projects or service request from the time I received it in my bucket , taking ownership and connecting with customers/IT to clarify and make sure the project will be done accurately as requested by the customer. I make sure customer is always updated and aware of the SLAs and get it done until service is up and running. I've been a customer service representative as well for almost 8 years. My goal is to achieve the customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with company policies and procedures.
