Experience in team leading with a minimum number of five agents in a team. -Screen and hiring new applicants for our new campaigns. -Brief them about the company rules and policies and set them up with the system, payment scheme, performance evaluation and recommendations. -Training newly hired contractors for the campaign they are assigned. -Monitoring agents call, performance, attendance and conducting evaluation and recommendation. - Update excel sheets with the team's daily generation ratio and percentage. -Conduct pre and post shift meetings to maintain a good working environment with the agents and ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed before and after operation.
