I was a Technical Representative at SPI Global (Ventus), DISH NETWORK client for 2 years (January 2008- February 2010). I handled technical concerns and troubleshoot the customers receiver (cable box) or setup appointment for technician visit. We also handled billing concerns for the same product. I transferred to Vision X Inc (VXI), DIRECTV client and stayed for 2years (March 2010- March 2012) as a Sales Representative. I handled new account, setup an account, taking customers credit card for setting automatic bill payment for their new account. I was ranked #1 sales agent for the month of June and July, 2010. I transferred to ALORICA Pacific Rim DIRECTV client and stayed for 7 months (March 2012- October 2012) as Sales Representative which handled setting up new account, collect customers bill and discounts. since that DIRECTV was pulled out from the Philippines by the client, i transferred to WEST CONTACT SERVICES as Technical and Sales Representative for COMCAST (October 2012- September 2013)
