I always wanted to help my mother, as she helped me for the last 30 years
I had a customer that live in alaska, he had a problem with his satellite dish and he already scheduled a tech visit. locations like alaska or any isolated places in the united states, we can only send technician once a month. the problem was that the customer was waiting for the technician and suddenly it began to snow and the tech cannot go out, so i need to reschedule the customer for next month for the technician to fix his concern. the customer was so irate and wanted to cancel. i explained to him the reason about the safety of our technician and make him feel what if he is the technician, and i offered him to put the account on pause since that he is having problem with the signal and advice to waive the technician fee, and give credits for days without service. customer was pleased and even called back to talk to my supervisor what a great customer service experience he had with me.
