I've worked with 3 companies as a customer support all of these companies are based on US. My first company was Teleperformance, I worked as a Technical Support for AT&T Uverse account. Troubleshooting internet,TV and phone service of the client. I've worked here for 9 months and was able to become the top agent multiple times. My second company was Teletech, I worked as a Customer Service for Verizon account. Handling sales,billing and retention. I've worked here for 6 months and was able to become the top seller multiple times. My last company was Opentext, I worked as an Analyst/Ambassador for PNC Bank. The project was about file migration, we were migrating all of their client's files from the old platform to the new one. I've worked here for 1 year and 7 months and was able received multiple commendations from the project manager and the client. I am able to quickly learn and adopt new things. I have a strong analytical skills in troubleshooting customer concerns. I have an understanding on technical and IT related concerns. Looking for a full-time/part-time job at any shift and any day.
