I have been a writer all of my life beginning with letters, journals and school assignments way back when. Over the years, as wife, mother, farm owner/operator and community volunteer my life experiences became the source of many published articles. Our life on a productive family farm was the basis for my autobiography published in 1993. Since 1993 I have had articles and poems printed in national publiscations such as The Family Digest, Housewife Writers' Forum and Farm and Ranch Living. I became (and remain) editor of the Heartland Journal, newsletter of the Heartland Writers Guild, in 2002. I have also written seven fiction novels and numerous short stories yet to find a publishing home. I have been published in non fiction for nearly 25 years and have 10 years experience in editing newsletters.
