I will compile and design your agency's Title VI (or Title IX) annual implementation plan. I will provide you with a description of all requisite data and information needed to demonstrate compliance to federal, state or local authorities. You can either collect and then provide the required info or I can interact directly with agency directors to pinpoint and discuss all needed data. I will then began piecing the plan together, authoring any technical writing, analyzing all demographic data, producing visually relevant data representations, and I will also address any program weaknesses with agency specific guidance and resources. The plan will thus demonstrate that any and all deficits are already under review and already being addressed with detailed plans that ensure future compliance (thereby drastically reducing any chance of punitive findings). If data is lacking in any particular area, I can devise survey tools and analyze alternative methods for producing the needed info. I am available to produce the entire report, single sections, data analysis only, consultation or any combination of the above. I am flexible and willing to accommodate varying degrees of involvement.
