Becoming fluent in Title VI and compliance evaluation work was not by accident. I have been an activist since childhood. Fighting for equality and against systematic racism and ethnocentrism have always been vital ideologies in my world. I am passionate about this work because it provides me with an added lifeline into that fight. This fight is what fuels my being. Without the need to enact real social and political change in the world, I would be without purpose.
