I’ve been with the BPO Industry for more than 5 years with diverse (Customer Service, Technical, and Sales) account and culture. Recently, I’ve worked as a Trainer and Sales Manager (at the same time) for a sales (in-house) account. In that position, I was responsible for training new hires, up-skilling/re-training, creating & updating training materials, facilitating WBR (weekly business review) & client meetings, managing, coaching and quality listening of 16 agents.
