A native English speaker with success working in transcription, data entry, administration and secretarial roles demonstrating excellent data entry and typewriting skills.

Experience in clean and full verbatim styles in UK and US English over a wide variety of settings, such as interviews, court and tribunal hearings, telephone calls, conferences, focus groups and media recordings, always necessitating use of timestamps and internet research.

Achieved employment grade one (of six) for accuracy, grammar and adherence to guidelines and consistently met deadlines and surpassed monthly targets

Also qualified to an advanced level in Microsoft Excel, with experience with graphs, charts, advanced functions and Pivot Tables
