I am a self-motivated, accomplished and experienced professional, with success working in transcription, data entry, administration and secretarial roles.
I have over five years' full-time transcription experience (directly employed) and 18 months part-time on a self-employed basis in a wide range of areas including interviews, telephone calls, hearings, inquests, focus groups and media recordings from video or audio only files, using annotations and timesheets throughout all projects.
I also have experience on a freelance basis in ad-hoc duties, conducting market research, website reviews and data entry. I am qualified to an advanced level in Microsoft Excel with skill in the production of charts, graphs and Pivot Tables and competent in a wide range of advanced functions.
