I can work as a transcriptionist from audio/video to written. I am used to the language because I was working with BPO Company for 3 years, where we handle Health Care Providers from United States. Providers call us to check a certain member's benefit and eligibility of their insurance. Also, we handle claim calls coming from providers. Moreover, I am currently working with 51Talk as an ESL Online Teacher, and I teach Chinese young/adult learners who wants to learn the language. Back in my high school and college days, I was a school paper writer, so I can guarantee that I am really used to this language. I had a little background as well when it comes to sales, more on lead generation. I worked as an outbound sales agent for an insurance for about 3 months but then the account was closed, so I was transferred to inbound calls.
