I am an individual who has more than 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for Anthem (Health Insurance). Prior to Anthem, I was an outbound sales agent for an insurance as well, more on lead generation. We called the prospects, if they agreed and can afford the said premium monthly and if they're willing to enroll as a member, we just transferred the call to a representative. While with Anthem, it was an inbound account so we were expecting calls from Health Care providers from United States who wanted to check on member's benefit and eligibility. And currently, I am working as part-time as ESL Teacher for Chinese students.
Work Terms
I can speak English well. My preferred schedule will depend on my employer, but if in case it will be graveyard, I am also fine with it. I am used to graveyard shift. When it comes to payment, I would prefer to have my payment every week.
