I’ve been working with customer service since 2009. I’d say that my introduction to customer service was during the first six months that I spent working as a customer service representative for Sprint. That’s where I first learned how to listen and talk to customers. I would answer customer's inquiry, communicate their issues back to them, and then will gather more information that can resolve the reason for their calls. If a customer didn’t know how to explain the situation, I would use my probing skills in order to make a satisfactory recommendation. From customer service agent I went on to work as a Technical support staff for Timewarnercable (now Spectrum). I helped customer fix their Internet and email issues. I was employee of the month 6 times during this experience, thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback that I received from customer surveys. I aslo worked as an order taking agent here in Upwork. I am assisting customers through chat, SMS and phone. I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines, I’m a good communicator, and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. In my performance reviews, my supervisor always notes that she appreciates my professionalism and enthusiasm for the job.
