I’ve been working with customer service since 2009. I’d say that my introduction to customer service was during the first six months that I spent working as a customer service representative for Sprint. That’s where I first learned how to listen and talk to customers. I would answer customer's inquiry, communicate their issues back to them, and then will gather more information that can resolve the reason for their calls. If a customer didn’t know how to explain the situation, I would use my probing skills in order to make a satisfactory recommendation. From customer service agent I went on to work as a Technical support staff for Timewarnercable (now Spectrum). I also worked as a data entry specialist, Data entry, customer service agent in an Online workplace. I am also a part time teacher in an Online English school. I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized team player. I never miss deadlines. Thus, I'm a perfect fit for customer service and data entry positions.
