I have 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and assisting US customers. I was trained at one of the largest call center in the Philippines, Teleperformance Inc. I was also a trainer for new hire classes for the company. I have a very flexible work schedule so I can work to fit any time zone. I want to obtain a position for me to maximize my Customer Service skills and my training experience skills and to have a positive contribution to this organization.
