I have 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and assisting US customers. I was trained at one of the largest call center in the Philippines, Teleperformance Inc. I was also a trainer for new hire classes for the company for 2 consecutive year and after being a trainer I was then promoted as a supervisor for the account.
I am service oriented, detail-attentive, able to adapt easily, enthusiastic, computer literate and internet savvy. I am also a reliable and a quick learner.
I know how to use Excel, Word, Google docs, etc. I do Web Research, Data Mining, E-mail Response Handling and other Administrative Support and can handle a multi-tasking. My typing skills are 61 wpm and 94.6% accuracy.
I have a very flexible work schedule so I can work to fit any time zone.
I want to obtain a position for me to maximize my Customer Service skills and my training experience skills and to have a positive contribution to this organization.
