I've been a customer service and sales advisor for 2 years and 6 months handling phone calls, chat, and emails. As an advisor we give information to customers, answer complaints, and questions about our products and services. We also process/take orders, manage returns, and report it to our suppliers. I have experienced and used CRM's like Salesforce and Zendesk wherein we update our customer/account details and/or solve their concerns through tickets. My longest working from home experience started last year, I was an email support in one of the eCommerce stores in Shopify, handling email concerns for more than a year so I can definitely help you with what you need! I am fully equipped, I have dual monitors, a back-up computer, and a back-up internet connection. My schedule is flexible and I can start as soon as possible!
