With my 8 years technical support experience, i have done support for end-users of products/brands like Microsoft, Verizon, AT&T, Lenovo, Dell, and Spotify. I've done hardware, software, printer, up to Virus removal support to our end users, which gave me a lot of experience when it comes to doing technical support. I am looking for a full-time home-based job right now and I'll be happy to join your company any time. I have no problem with schedules as I'm used to supporting countries that follows GMT, PST, and EST. I'm very flexible with the schedule and I'm willing to do overtime if needed.
