I've worked as a customer rep for 2 years in a telecommunication company here in philippines and also i worked as appointmet setter in realty company for about a year. what i do in my previous job is just calling people and asking if they're interested in selling their houses. as customer serv rep we are assisting customers with activations,payments,changing rate plans and features on the customers account,we're doing basic troubleshooting as well and answering general questions about our products and services.
