I've worked as a customer rep for 4 years in a telecommunication company here in philippines and also i worked as appointmet setter in realty company for about a year. We were provided with scripts we dont have to provide scripts on our own.
As customer service representative we are assisting customers with activations, payments, changing rate plans and features on the customers account,we're doing basic troubleshooting as well and answering general questions about our products and services
As appointment setter is just calling people and asking if they're interested in selling their houses. Approximately 80 to 100 calls per day.
I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Perhaps the best way to let you know what I'm about is to share with you a quick experience I had.

Work Terms
I can work 40 hours per week. Working at home has several advantages for me. I like the flexibility in hours, as I'm an early riser, and can accomplish a lot before most people are in the office. I enjoy working by myself in a quiet place, without the distractions of a busy office. I find that I can communicate with my colleagues quickly, through email and texts if I have a question, and then get right back to work. I think that working from home has the advantage of allowing a person to concentrate more completely on the job at hand, without the distractions of their colleagues around them.
