Greetings!

I'm Rushel Deramas. I worked as a customer service support for almost three years. Already have experience customer service, chat support, technical support, billing and sales.

My previous account was Macys.com, which we handles inbound calls. We assists customer through online shopping, or even over the phone. We are the one who answers questions regarding their package or check status of their packages. We provide them the best service that they deserve.

Then, I've been in Directv Tech account as well. We do troubleshooting. Not only the basic but we do deep troubleshoot by diagnostic testing and etc.

Aside from those LOBs, I've been in ISM account also, Which handles billing,sales,basic tech supports. We handle customers and answers their queries regarding their bills and explain it to them. We do sale as well by promoting our products such as Internet ATT, ATT mobile phones and gadgets, VOip or telephone service and as well as Directv which is cable.

Work Terms
