• Project experience includes support.
• Knowledge in the configuration of the following SAP R/3 – HR modules; Enterprise Structure, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time Management.
• In-depth analysis of information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements. Effective in work situations requiring an ability to manage multiple and concurrent responsibilities.
• Good understanding of HR business process.
• Excellent client interfacing with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Team spirit, Quick Adaptability, Analytical mindset, Creative and leadership.
• SHRM-CP certified professional with 4 years experience as HR Generalist in strategizing, designing, deploying, hiring and improvising HR operations with various organizations and at different levels.
• A self-starter with excellent Leadership qualities, People focus and professional credibility.
