Over 23 years of experience predominantly in Training / L & D along with Sales & Marketing in Pharmaceutical, Direct Selling and Home Appliances 17 years of training management experience in Behavioral, Sales, Knowledge, Skill and leadership-based sessions
Developing Modules, Analyzing the end to end learning cycle while implementing Adult Learning, evaluating the effectiveness of Training Content development and TNA
Own multiple priorities while building strong cross functional linkages to drive the Training, & business objectives.
Working at different level of hierarchy for developing the Executive and Managerial skills sets through Training interventions.
Driving L & D at various levels of Leadership & Call center Training
• Large scale event planning & execution
Work Terms
Would be available for 3 to 4 hrs in a day
