HR, Talent Management & Influencer
I have a total of 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in HR operations and recruitment, specializing in corporate and technical recruitment. During this time, i gained expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the hiring process from end to end. I also implemented a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and have experience managing employee relations, compensation & benefits, HRIS software management etc.
In my next 5 years, i transitioned into a Creator manager role, where my core responsibility was social recruitment and talent management. In this role, i implemented strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, influencer/ KOL including implementing social media campaigns and content management, building relationships with influencers, and leveraging employee referrals. I also collaborated with other departments to create training and development programs, as well as succession plans.
