I am a passionate yoga teacher who is committed to helping others find their inner peace and strength through yoga. I have been teaching yoga since 2016, and I have had the privilege of teaching students of all ages and abilities. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for all of my students.
I am a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance, and I have completed additional trainings in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga. I am also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for physical and mental health. Yoga can help to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. It can also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Yoga can also help to improve sleep, digestion, and overall well-being.
I am committed to providing my students with a positive and supportive yoga experience. I believe that yoga is a journey, and I am here to help my students on their journey to inner peace and strength.
I have spent years in South Asia in the wellness sector in multiple metropolitan cities working for reputed yoga Franchise, teaching yoga and helped several people to achieve their health goals, healed through mental trauma, anxiety and stress,helped clients gaining/losing weight, increasing strength, flexibility and mobility, detoxification by Neti, Tratak, Nauli, and shatkarma techniques.
Currently working as a freelance Yoga teacher and partnered with "Yogsutram yoga''.
