I have years of experience of working as IT Help Desk Analyst. During that time I have gained valuable skills like professional phone and email communication with the clients. Creating tickets and resolving them remotely and working with both technicians on site and clients is just a small part of the workload that I have during a typical day to day operations.

I'm a computer geek that is always ready to tackle new challenges. I love the fast moving and the constantly evolving tech industry because it makes me constantly challenge myself and learn new things.
