I’m a web and virtual assistant. I have experiences to do the following tasks: WordPress Development, WordPress Configuration, Website Back-up, CSS customization, set-up WooCommerce, and other things related to WordPress.
I am also a Virtual Assistant, I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, Documentation, Social Media postings, Keyword Research, familiar with office applications such as Good Docs, Sheets and Form. I also have an Excellent English Language Comprehension.
Also, I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage online storage like Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. I could use different kinds of communication tools such as Slack, Skype and Zoom.
Additional skill is editing photos with the use of Canva.
In case your company or organization needs a digital workplace software which would be a great help to digitalized all the office forms and transactions, I could help you with the software called KISSFLOW. I could develop its form and even give you ideas on how you could use it properly for your organization.
Lastly, I am an Information Technology graduate with almost (5) years of actual experience in the field of Technical Support, Office Assistance and Technical Training. Experiences like; troubleshooting of both software and hardware problems, creation of reports as requested by managers or supervisors and even IT asset tagging.
I could work either individually or with a team, Hardworking, Easy to Adopt, Works Passionately and have an Enthusiasm to thrive new things. I can communicate well in the English Language to maintain my work into a Good Quality.
