I’m curious ,I like challenges and putting myself to the test. This has inevitably contributed to my career. Examples include experience in the mechanical field,in assembly , in forging press production , in Injection moulding production , in food production, in packaging production , in warehouse and electrical components dealer managing and recently in hpdc and cnc processes for automotive business.
I attended the SDA-Bocconi training on “Finance for non financial managers” during 2011and 2012 in order to complete my musical(clarinet) ,scholastic (humanistics) and technical (mechanical engineering) education.
Furthermore I did the SALES ACADEMY course – growth in the commercial field edited by Sole24ore – as part of my continuous self-training.

- I m leading my own consultancy firm (LEANBET) supported by other professionals in many fields( from business plan definition to Emotional intelligence, from r&d projects to specific training on gemba or by remote including six sigma too).
- I'm a university lecturer. I teach " production management " alias kaizen mindset leading students to deep understanding of "changing for better" in operations and serviced too.
