Actually I’m proficient with the entire recruitment cycle: from briefing about personnel needs to creating compelling job descriptions with EVP, from posting the vacancy at job portals and social media to processing inbound applications, also making active search and attracting candidates via external sources, including Facebook, Linkedin, Telegram, etc. I know major tools of assessing and evaluating candidates so then it’s easier to matchmake them with open vacancies and optimize recruitment results. With my previous experience I also honed my abilities in employee engagement and organizational development, providing a solid foundation for Recruiter specialist position in international environment. My communication strength, people-centric nature and eagerness to achieve tangible results have afforded me excellent motivation and relevant skills.
