Going above and beyond makes customer feels extra special and valued

I have the best skills in providing excellent customer service experience. I worked with United Airlines for 3 years handling reservation desk for domestic and international flight. The passengers would call when they would like to request for seat assignment, meal request or even wheelchair request. The most challenging part is when there is a schedule change or the flight has been cancelled and we need to offer for options.
Then I worked for Caesars Hotel and Casino for another 3 years and I handled reservation for almost 30 hotels located in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Tunica, and Gulf Coast. Most of the time the guest is calling to get a complimentary room based on their casino play. The challenging part is when they thought that they are qualified for complimentary room but not and you need to explain to them how the membership works and how to earn points to get free room.
Both accounts has CSAT which is an important part of our monthly score card.
I am handling Webjet, the no.1 online travel agency in Australia. Passengers would call us regarding some issues like schedule change, seat assignment, meal request, online check in or baggage allowance. We sometimes need to call the airline directly to resolve the issue. We also send email to our Melbourne team because the only way of communicating with them is via email. If we need to follow up on something like issuing the ticket, name change or schedule change we need to coordinate with them.

Work Terms

I would prefer a full time job, 5 days a week. Twice a month payout. And my preffered way of communication is via email.
